Fire Safety Training

PDP provide fire safety training courses that are delivered on site at your convenience and are adapted to match your policies and procedures. We can deliver weekend and evening courses at no extra charge.

All of our fire trainers are Enhanced DBS Checked, experienced fire safety professionals and qualified trainers. You may require a series of training session which we would be happy to discuss in more detail. In addition we provide ‘open’ courses are at our headquarters in Burgess Hill.

Our fire safety training courses include:

• Fire Extinguisher Training
  One hour training session. Provides staff with the practical knowledge and skills to become competent in the use of portable fire-fighting equipment.
• Basic Fire Safety Awareness
  Two hour training session. Provides staff with a basic knowledge and practical skills to understand fundamental hazards of fire, fire prevention and procedures.
• Fire Warden / Fire Marshal Training
  Three hour session. Practical training providing staff with the knowledge and practical skills to carry out their duties in the event of a fire.
• Evacuation Chair Training
  A training session conducted by a fully IOSH qualified instructor. The session will provide staff with the knowledge and practical skills to evacuate a passenger using an Evacuation Chair during a fire.
