If you need to cancel a service please do so within 14 days of booking (where applicable).
If a deposit has been paid for services this will be refunded within 14 days. A £20 administration fee will apply.
If a deposit has been paid for products and services this will be refunded within 14 days less any restocking fees incurred by PDP Services Ltd. A £20 administration fee will apply.
PDP Services Ltd always endeavour to perform all services with reasonable care and skill.
However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied.
To ensure we can put things right as soon as possible, please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.
As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards.
In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can in order that we can rectify any problems as soon as possible.

We aim to respond within two working days of receiving your complaint and where possible, will provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised.
If required we will repeat or fix the service if we find it hasn’t been carried out with reasonable care and skill. If this isn’t a suitable resolution a partial or full refund for services already paid will be issued in relation to any lack of reasonable care or skill. If a full or partial refund is agreed it will be issued within 14 days.
If work has been repaired, modified or tampered with by anyone other than PDP Services Ltd prior to us inspecting and / or given an opportunity to repeat or fix the service PDP Services will accept no liability for any consequential damage or fault.
