Payment

• Payment terms are ‘Payment by Return’ upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
• Payment to PDP Services Ltd can be made by BACS, debit card or credit card.
• Bank account details for BACS payments can be found at the bottom of your invoice.
• All major credit and debit cards (excluding American Express) are accepted, and we only accept payments by card for up to £2,000. Card payments will be processed by Stripe. Call 01444 480444 to make a debit or credit card payment.
• We reserve the right to levy an administration charge of 20% APR on all overdue invoices after 14 days from due date.
• Materials supplied or installed remain property of PDP Services Ltd until paid for in full.
• 12 months parts and labour guarantee inclusive, excluding parts not supplied by PDP Services Ltd.
• We must be notified of any queries regarding the invoice within 10 working days from date of invoice.
